So, you say that I …
So, you say that I should respect the opinions of one in a mental institution then. I’m sure they think they’re divine too.
Church is a MENTAL INSTITUTIONAL. It’s all emotioanlly based, with ZERO facts.
grow up and think for yourself little 18 yr old

More of that great …
More of that great Christian compassion eh….
Take shots at my character, nice. I thought you people weren’t supposed to judge. The masses are stupid, there’s factual evidence all over the pace to prove it, like literacy rates.
Here we go again, you have some great knowledge that I can’t have unless I have faith…you mean BLINDNESS
You think youre more in touch with the “devine” than I…and you accuse me of feeling superior…lol more xstian hypocrisy….they have meds or schitzos now
By WhollyRufus on Feb 17, 2009 | Reply
My point is that …
My point is that you think “The masses” are stupid, you must feel very superior, you probably don’t respect the opinion of those more in touch with the devine, and you certainly don’t share it.
So, you either think that you are superior to the vast majority of believers, or you must feel very alone.

Far gone!? FAR GONE …
Far gone!? FAR GONE!? moron! The world was messed up before AND after Jesus was here. There’s no difference between Hinduism and Christianity, except for outward differences of worship and dieties, but at heart they’re all the same. Krishna, the Hindu Jesus, said anyone who worships another god actually worships him, but they do so in a wrong way. See? No difference. If every religion says its the right one, they must all be wrong.

So now you get to …
So now you get to judge the basis of The Constitution? and that justifies religious acts against others freedoms?
Religions are here to rob others of enjoying their fun, their life….we’re all gonna die, and all should be allowed(within reason) to enjoy the ride

Extreme minority, …
Extreme minority, really? I”m sure that’s what you’d like us all to believe.
is it sickening to see the stupidity of the masses, absolutely….and your point is?
By WhollyRufus on Feb 17, 2009 | Reply
Being an atheist, …
Being an atheist, you are a member of an extreme minority, you therefore believe that the vast majority of none atheists are wrong.
From what I have seen atheists tend to think of religion as some sort of mental illness, thinking that the vast majority of the world’s population is mentally ill can only lead to being very depressed, or feeling very superior.

The American …
The American Constitution, along with the other principals the American revolution are extremely flawed:
“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” = “Materialism, Anarchy and the pursuit of pleasure.”
The founding fathers merely wanted to justify the selfish actions they were denied under the more righteous puritan institutions.

Carlin was in his …
Carlin was in his right to say religion is BS just like Christians and others have a right to say Atheism is BS. Freedom of speech, and they didn’ have to watch the show, or they could have skipped the parts(if they have a device that allowed them to at home) where he talked about and religion and not get but hurt. As for Atheists in social standing it is true that at lot of high standing people are atheist. But a vast majority of theUS government in religious, only one congressmen is Atheist.

It ALWAYS amazes me …
It ALWAYS amazes me, how childish in mentality and emotions people(for the most part) are that defend Christianity.
Say anything that opposes their view, and you have a superiority complex, are hateful, have no morals, blah, blah, blah.
It’s really starting to get so boring. And I wouldn’t care to even bother discussing it, if it weren’t for the fact that many of these people pass legislation that hurts my freedoms, civil rights, and pursuit of happiness.. THE CONSTITUTION, remember?
By exist209 on Feb 17, 2009 | Reply
So, let me get this …
So, let me get this straight. If someone, me, uses facts and events for basis, makes a claim different from someone elses….that makes them guilty of a superiority complex?
So, if my position is in opposition to yours, then you get insecure and lash out claiming I have a superiority complex….come on man, that is not adult behavior. If you want to discuss and debate, that’s awesome. But don’t make me out to be awful, because I differ in opinion…actually you have superiority complex then

Someone, George …
Someone, George Carlin, exercising free speech from the constitution, talks on religion, and you call that persecution? Grow some thicker skin, and stop playing the classic Christian victim role. Religion is the enemy of the power elite? Really? George Bush anyone? Religion is almost the same structured system as Government. You MUST love and fear God(sadomasochistic) and give money at church, you must love and fear gov’t and give money in taxes…and without representation.
By WhollyRufus on Feb 17, 2009 | Reply
That’s what you …
That’s what you think?
Contary to idealist belife, Religion is the enemy of the power elite, you should listen more to Tim LaHaye and less to those other “Christianity was created to control people” people.
I suggest you read the article entitled “Government is a Pagan Cult: And We’ve All Been Drinking The Kool Aid” to get a better understanding of the situation.
By WhollyRufus on Feb 17, 2009 | Reply
I do not really …
I do not really have a concept strength and weakness, it justifies having the superiority complex you obviously seem to have.
Other than Judaism, all the examples you listed just show how far gone the world was before Christ came to earth, and if we start thinking that there actually was something more to these pagan religions, then we will be right back to where we started, and Christ will have to keep coming back until we learn to stop putting our faith in what we see under a microscope.

There may be more …
There may be more Christians numerically, but fewer Christians get high social standing, just look at how most comedians are openly atheist and are able to insult the beliefs of the majority on a regular basis, George Carlin got away with saying things like “Religion is bullshit” in front of a population of predominantly religious people and did he go to jail for it? No, instead he gets invited on many other talk shows to cotinue offfending the moral majority. That is what I call persecution.

The banana …
The banana arguement fails….not only where bananas. the original bananas contained rather large seeds, triploid (and thus seedless) cultivars have been selected for human consumption.
Your video was pretty well made though. Just retarded in premise as there are a lot more Christians then Atheists/Agnostics and thus they would be the ones most likely out numbered……

Religion is ALL …
Religion is ALL about division
Religion ia ALL about social control
How we came about, nobody has the absolute answer
Regardless, Religion only divides and seeks to imprison people
Good riddance to all Religion
