No the laws are not governing the Christian belief. If that were so, then why have those who don't believe in God or prayer won in the courtrooms?

In some areas of America, people can't display the Nativity scene any more because it offends those that pass by them. Churches can't display the cross any more, because it offends those that pass by.

This country was founded on the Holy Bible. Even though it states "Holy Scripture" in the Constitution. Now they are questioning which "Holy Scriptures".

When this nation allowed a member of Congress to be sworn in on the Quran this past January, it as made a great huge statement that this country will become Muslim in the government. They teach the Quran in some colleges, next it will be taught in our grade schools. Yet not one of our public schools can have the Bible in the library.

Before God can help America, America needs to turn from her wicked ways. Over the last 20 years America has fallen, she's falling faster now then ever before.

If you think we as Christians are not getting persecuted for our belief here in America, you must be blind.

For over 230 years it was the Bible that they swore on when taking any office seat. Now in the 21st Century we have those that are wanting to rewrite our Constitution… they come for foreign lands that have attacked the United States, and you call yourself an American? They very same people such as yourself would claim this country was NOT founded on such Christian beliefs.

When a Christian talks about persecution he/she should say ELIMINATION of our beliefs.

One nation under God . . . . . not Budda or Mohammed
Prayer before Congressional meetings . . . . . . .Prayer to whom?
Swearing on a Bible when taking an office . . . . . . . not the Holy Koran or The Book of Mormon.

I find it quite amusing to sit and read that "laws of the country are geared towards [my] beliefs". You in a nut shell have made my argument for me.

As for sending them to Muslim countries, I've been there, and they aren't persecuted there in the way the West may imagine. They live side by side there with Muslims.

Christians should make friends with people of other religions. Let these people tell the Christians what it's really like. Let these Christians actually witness a Muslim's life, a Jew's life, a Buddhist's life, etc.

I've been persecuted from time to time for not being a Christian. I'm a Bahá'í.

This leads to the christian work ethic where they think that the harder something is the better it's rewards should or would be. They look for struggle and hard times. Where the rational thought would be that doing the same work easier would be better but no the christians want to suffer and through this suffering earn thier way.
