3.) There is no “Hierarchy of Sin” in this case. All sins have the same effect…eternity in Hell.
You see, God’s standard is perfection, but He knows that we as humans, are incapable of this. THAT is why God felt it necessary to send His only begotten Son to save us. BECAUSE PERFECTION WAS IMPOSSIBLE THROUGH THE LAW.
I could follow the law all day and night, but I would still sin, even a little, and it would be that sin that would me.
Everyone is equal in sin.
But God loves them all.

2.) Your homosexual friends are (according to Christian doctrines) NO WORSE THAN YOU OR I IN THE EYES OF GOD.
I know the Westboro Baptist “Church” (if you want to soil the word Church) has said other things, but they are not Biblically accurate. They are operating out of hatred and anger, not out of love and Christian wisdom…but I digress.
Anyway, I am just as guilty of sin as the gayest, most homosexual man in the world. Now I myself am straight, but I have sinned in other ways.

1.) People don’t go to because they’re gay. In fact, people don’t go to for any one specific sin. PEOPLE GO TO BECAUSE THEY AREN’T CHRISTIAN.
Hell can be defined as “The plane of existence where one goes when the Judeo-Christian God has completely and utterly separated Himself from the person in question.”
In other words, isn’t just a place. It’s a lack of God. This world may be evil, but God hasn’t separated Himself from it…yet.

I have gay freinds …
I have gay freinds and they are all going to because I doubt their orientation is going to change. No matter how much science has evolved there are always more questions being raised that can’t be explained, and in a universe with infinite possibilities there is nothing that neither disproves god, nor that can offer concrete proof to his existence. Notice I left out my religious beleifs because I’m the only one here who isn’t an idiot. People are imperfect that’s why murder happens.

There honestly is evidence for both sides. There is plenty of evidence that says God doesn’t exist, and there is plenty of evidence that says God does exist. Trust me, that’s why religious debates never seem to end.

Also, in my opinion, religion has angered many scientists and in doing so, has actually encouraged scientific observation and acheivements in science. To say that religion is capable of suppressing science is to say that a mouse is capable of suppressing an elephant. It just doesn’t make sense.

After all of this, …
After all of this, she would spend days on end researching as much as she could about religion, philosophy, anthropology, and theology.
She later came back to the Lord, not for fear of or want of Heaven like last time, but instead for the glory of God.
The last I saw her, she was worshiping the Lord in the Church that I attended in high school.
I can only pray that she never strayed from His path again.

After months of …
After months of bickering and fighting with her, she finally caved in and said that god didn’t exist. It was after this time that he convinced her to also go to bed with him.
Coincidence? I think not.
1 month later, they broke up. Her reason? He cheated on her…2 times.
She confided in me later and told me that she had never really believed in God, but had instead been a Christian through fear, which was Humanism, and also blasphemous.

There is no logical reason to try and convert others to Atheism…
…unless you would like others to change their morals, which could serve your purposes.
For example, I knew a girl in high school who I thought was a christian, but she dated an Atheist who wanted to get her in bed.

Why do Atheists even try to convert people to their beliefs?
What drives them? Is it evolution? Is it the need to further the human race?
If that’s the reason, then why do you even care? You’ll be dead in 60 years if you’re lucky, and after that, you’ll suffer the same fate as Adolf Hitler…nothingness.
Why bother? Life as we know it is terribly meaningless. The entire universe is sprinkled with life, therefore even our entire planet is as meaningless as a drop of water in an ocean.
