But what worries me …
But what worries me is that atheists have second to none of a chance in the theistic driven system. The only difference that Atheists hold is a lack of belief in a god or gods. This has nothing to do with a sense of good judgement. Anyone who’s adult in the parliament knows this. It’s the ‘cirle of trust thing’. Either you’re with us or against us. It’s basically personal. And therefore childish. And unfair.

I agree …
I agree wholeheartedly, except that we live in a democratic representative republic, and christians have a right to promote candidates of their choosing.

It depends on the …
It depends on the society. If the society regards that as a crime, then legislate against it. If it doesn’t, don’t. If on the other hand you say that any religious act is legitimate, then you have no country. If on the other hand you say that any religious act is illegitimate then you are a dictatorship.

It just disgusts me …
It just disgusts me! Actually anything muslim or to do with islam disgusts me to the core. I link everything I hate, despise and find filthy, black and evil(if there is a definition such as evil)…to islam. I mean, all religions are to me infentile and stupid. But especially islam.
After what I’ve just said, it’s going to sound weird but…Have a great weekend!

Domzdream: Amen …
Domzdream: Amen brother! Amen!
Just reading Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s book where she explains about the sort of things that EVERY good muslim girl is INSTRUCTED to do by Shariah law: say a particular statement when they sneeze; lay on a particular side when they begin to sleep; use only a certain way of movement during sleep; move a particular foot into the toilet and which position to sit on the loo.
This should keep all those potentially keen young minds and hearts out of trouble!

O, no. Not in …
O, no. Not in England. Absolutely not. They can just take their 9000 BC ideas and shove them where the sun doesn’t want to shine. I think if England approves this then we’re really in big shit. Who the hells wats this other than muslims anyway. And in England??? I just don’t understand it.

Domzdream: I must …
Domzdream: I must once again take you to task a little. When you say that it’s not “up to us [society?] to decide what goes on in family’s houses” are you really sure?
What about when parents kill or rape or beat their children? Are you saying society shouldn’t protect the vulnerable victims just because they are within the 4 walls of a semi-detached in Chipping Sodbury? But as soon as they step outside on the street and do it, then a copper’s hand can reach out and say “gottcha”?

No, I absolutely …
No, I absolutely agree with you. Personally it sickens me so much I actually want to see these people die!!I actually want to see their balls smashed with a sledge hammer. But I don’t think it’s up to us to decide what goes on in familys’ houses. That would become a communistic totalitarianism. Also, that’s a mority of extremists who do that to their little girls. But I absolutely think it’s barbaric, non productive and just plain sick!!!

Domzfream: But what …
Domzfream: But what about teaching children it? Should a muslim father have the legal right in the UK to prescribe genital mutilation for his infant daughter? Just to clarify: THAT’S CUTTING OFF HER CLITORIS SO THAT SHE WILL NEVER HAVE A NORMAL SEXUAL LIFE. Is it right for any religious person to indoctrinate a child into beliefs that have utterly no foundation in the sort of reality that our society espouses – i.e. the common-sense, rational, freely chosen type?

I agree with …
I agree with Hitchens that you should be able or allowed to think or say what you like, however not to act upon these ideas. Like religion, worship what you will, but keep it off the streets, off poitics, rather keep it inside churches or private areas.

I agree. I don’t get it. Who the approves all these stupid, crazy and dangerous ideas??? Who is the one. Or a few?? Any ideas anyone?

Islam is becoming a …
Islam is becoming a voting force in the UK? Horror! We must vote against anyone who stands for this. If shariah law takes hold, we’ve had it!

let me be clear, I could see where someone would say that it is not worth the upgrade due to the much greater cost.
the last time I had Blue at a bar it was $25 a shot.
maybe he said that when he was less well off.
I would be interested if he still feels the same way.

well if it’s true, …
well if it’s true, I will have to lower my admiration of Hitchens a notch.
the difference between black and blue is unmistakable. Black I think is 10-12 year and Blue is 25-30. I am sorry, but anyone who cannot appreciate the difference is no whiskey aficionado.

In C.H’s. own words, “Blue isn’t worth the upgrade”. JW Black is C.H.’s favorite as far as I know.

what makes you think he would be forced to drink JW Black?
I would hope he has made enough money to drink something a little more respectable, at least gold, more likely Blue.
