Are there more famous Theist scientists, or are there more famous Atheist scientists?

Since there have always statistically been more theists than atheists, we should expect there to have been more famous theist scientists than atheist scientists, just as there are probably more plumbers who are theists than atheists.
Curiously though, we find a disproportionately HIGHER number of atheists among, for example, Nobel Prize winners.

Maybe this will help.
Science and Christianity:
Every major field of science has been founded by Christians with a Biblical worldview,
Copernicus (1473-1543) Astronomy; Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1627) – established the scientific method;
Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) Mathematician and Astronomer;
Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) Astronomer- said that “the Bible cannot err.”
Rene Descartes (1596-1650) Mathematician, Scientist and Philosopher;
Isaac Newton (1642-1727) Mathematics & Physics, “The most beautiful system of the sun, planets, and comets, could only proceed from the counsel and dominion on an intelligent and powerful Being.”
Robert Boyle (1791-1867) Chemistry; Michael Faraday (1791-1867) Physics;
Gregor Mendel (1822-1884) Mathematics & Genetics; William Thomson Kelvin (1824-1907) Physics;
Max Planck (1858-1947) Physics & Quantum Theory
Thanks for asking,

There is this article I read about “Science and Belief” and the article said something like:
A lot of Atheist scientists end up believing in god after making discoveries (they mostly convert to Islam I think because it supports new scientific discoveries);
