    “i know its wrong …
“i know its wrong to judge people based on their religion,”
I don’t think so. It’s wrong to UNFAIRLY judge them…but if someone’s religion tells them to stone their children and they agree with that…then we see a direct issue with their judgment and it’s more than fair to judge them based on that.

Now, saying “all JW’s are stupid”…that’s an unfair judgment. Saying “Someone who refuses a blood transfusion to save their child is stupid’ is a bit different.

    well, i dont want …
well, i dont want to seem prejudice, but there is NO WAY i would vote in a mormon or a jehovah’s witness. their rules are just irrational to me. i would be cautious about the catholics. i know its wrong to judge people based on their religion, but i just could not imagine having people with those kinds of beliefs running the country. to me, atheists are the safest bet. its disturbing that ppl think ur a bad person because u dont believe in (their) god. closed mindedness never ceases to amaze me.

    Jehovah’s Witnesses …
Jehovah’s Witnesses’ don’t think its right to run for public office, because it seems that, instead of having faith in God one has faith in the state. -I’m atheist by the way, just letting you know.

    Okay, but those …
Okay, but those concepts are actually not ipso facto tied to the concept of the Christ or the Messiah. These are entirely separate ideas.

    “They don’t believe …
“They don’t believe Jesus was god or that he died or that his death in the future is the key to salvation,”
That is EXACTLY what I’m talking about.

    Remember, the …
Remember, the concept of a messiah originally had nothing to do with someone being divine or serving as a sacrifice, the Judahites thought the messiah would serve as a political leader to overthrow their enemies. Muslims believe Jesus will return to overthrow their enemies.

    They believe Jesus …
They believe Jesus was the messiah and that he will return to rule them and slay all pigs. They don’t believe Jesus was god or that he died or that his death in the future is the key to salvation, but they do believe he was and will serve as the messiah to return to stop the anti-Christ.

    They believe that …
They believe that Jesus was a prophet…not “Christ”

    around 5:37 you say …
around 5:37 you say that Muslims don’t believe in “Christ” but Surah 4:157 shows that Muslims do believe in Jesus. They believe in the non-coital conception of Jesus.

“Don’t make me”. Unfortunatly that’s what christians do. Well… either they force it upon you or kill you. Those are your two basic options. I just got reminded of the Borg.

    Theists are just …
Theists are just plain old afraid of atheists. They think we think funny, when it’s really them. They claim we beleive things came from nowhere, when it’s really them. They don’t know that we are just as afraid of them as they are of us. they know extremely little about science, and a little knowledge is very dangerous.

    I didn’t say I …
I didn’t say I WOULDN’T do the video you requested…I think it’s a decent topic…I just other stuff set to go ahead of it. Abe wasn’t a Christian, but I don’t believe he ever considered himself an atheist. If you want to name “non-theist” presidents, well there’s a slew of them. Almost all of the earliest leaders of America were deists.

How about abraham lincoln?, at least he’s more famous and i do praise him, he was a great person
If you can’t stand him then hopefully you’ll re-consider my request and make a video about it

    I can’t stand …
I can’t stand George Bush and I don’t understand why we haven’t impeached him yet. So to “proud” of the USA…this is my home, there are many great things about it…there are some not so great things about it. I’m working to try and make the bad ones better. Stark and Chambers aren’t from my state, so I can’t say that I “support” them, but they are both long time members of Congress and I haven’t heard anything from them yet that I disagree with.

    george bush did, …
george bush did, why are you so proud of the usa?. Perhaps if the japanese emperor was an atheist then that would be a better argument
And quite frankly i don’t know these two, why do you support them?

Pete Stark and Eddie Chambers…Two Congressmen right here in the Good ‘ole USA. I’m pretty sure they haven’t killed anyone.

Tell me do you know …
Tell me do you know any good atheist politicians?, the prime minister of sweden was an atheist for one. Heared of mass murder there?
personally im ready to vote for you, but yes, i would prefer to vote for a believver rather than for a non-believer regardless of the religion(except satanism of course)

    (I assume you mean …
(I assume you mean “prejudice”) I think prejudice is probably not the word you are looking for….bias, yes. We all approach situations with a bias towards whatever opinions we have. To be prejudice against something takes a higher level of hostility than I have for any THING…but it depends on the semantics

    o_O Nowhere did …
o_O Nowhere did King Heathen say that Atheists NEVER suffer from being intolerant or bigoted against certain things. However it certainly appears to occur less in Atheists due to the fact that they don’t have a book they consider “divinely inspired” that tells them to be bigoted and intolerant to some people.

    i base that opinion …
i base that opinion on your words, my own (if you’ve forgotten i’m an atheist too) and the words of other atheist.
all i’m saying is that everyone is perdudgist against something, whether it be little or big, they are. and if you try to deny that, you, my friend, are the biggest idiot in world.

    and you base this …
and you base this opinion on what? More stating things without facts. Don’t confuse my being outspoken on the issue with how I treat you in any other aspect of life. Meanwhile, it’s THOSE places where I experience the discrimination of theists as well as here.
